Refund policy
We want you to understand the return conditions that apply to your item before you purchase, so please review the product page carefully.
A Sale price is not the same as Final Sale. Many of our items are offered at a Sale price; a Sale price is only a discount and does not change your return rights — Sale items follow the standard 14-day return window below. Final Sale applies only to items that are clearly labeled Final Sale on the product page before purchase. If an item is not labeled Final Sale on its product page, it is not Final Sale.
Regular items
For items that are not marked Final Sale, you may request a return within 14 days after delivery.
To be eligible for return, the item must be:
- unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and unused;
- free from stains, fragrance, damage, or signs of wear;
- returned with any original packaging and any tags that were actually supplied with the item; and
- accompanied by the order information needed for us to identify the purchase.
Please contact support@cutecarryclub.com before sending an item back. If the return is approved, we will provide return instructions and the return address. Do not send a return to the address shown on the original shipping package unless we specifically instruct you to do so.
Final Sale items
Final Sale is not the same as a Sale price. It applies only to items labeled Final Sale on the product page.
Items clearly marked Final Sale on the product page before purchase are not eligible for voluntary return or exchange because of preference or change of mind.
Final Sale status does not remove any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded. If a Final Sale item arrives defective, damaged, or different from what you ordered, please contact us so we can review the issue.
Incorrect, damaged, or defective items
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact support@cutecarryclub.com as soon as possible. Please include a description and clear photographs so we can review the issue.
When we confirm that the item is incorrect, damaged, or defective, Cute Carry Club will provide an appropriate remedy and will cover reasonable return shipping when a return is required, subject to applicable law.
Return shipping
For an approved regular return based on preference or change of mind, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost and for ensuring that the package reaches the return address provided by Cute Carry Club.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service. Cute Carry Club cannot issue a refund for a return that is not received, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
After we authorize a return, the customer must ship it within 7 days and retain the tracking information, unless applicable law provides a longer period.
Refunds and deductions
After an approved return is received, please allow up to 5 business days for inspection. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Cute Carry Club does not charge a fixed restocking fee for an eligible regular return.
If a returned item shows handling, wear, damage, alteration, stains, fragrance, missing supplied tags, or another reduction in value beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect the item, we may reject the return or make a reasonable deduction where permitted by applicable law. We will explain any deduction or rejection to the customer.
Original shipping charges are refundable only where required by applicable law or when the return results from an error by Cute Carry Club.
Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to post the refund after we issue it.
Exchanges
Cute Carry Club does not process direct exchanges. If a regular item is eligible for return, the customer may return it under this policy and place a new order for the preferred item or color.
Statutory consumer rights
This policy does not limit consumer rights that cannot legally be waived. Where applicable law provides a statutory right of withdrawal or other mandatory remedies, those rights will apply even if a product is otherwise described as Final Sale.
Market-specific rights
- European Union: Where EU distance-selling rules apply, a consumer may have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for standard goods, including an item otherwise marked Final Sale. Any permitted deduction for diminished value will follow applicable law.
- Australia: Final Sale excludes voluntary returns for change of mind, but it does not exclude remedies available under the Australian Consumer Law for goods that fail consumer guarantees.
- Canada and Singapore: Final Sale does not exclude mandatory remedies for defective, non-conforming, incorrectly supplied, or otherwise legally protected goods.
- United States: The disclosed Final Sale and regular-return rules apply subject to federal, state, and local rights that cannot be waived.
Consumer rights differ by destination. Mandatory local law controls if it provides greater rights.
